As with many robotic vacuums the X8 Hybrid has some issues with bare floors. It may be unable to see pet hair or small items, and it tends to bump into things, like its own charger at the base for charging. It's not as quiet as other models we've tested and the whirring noise can be distracting.

Roborock V3S pro

This robot isn't as feature-rich as some of the more expensive models we've tested, but it has all the essentials. It has a big enough dust bin to hold plenty of dirt before it's empty and its vacuum and mop robot vacuum deals system is perfect for hard floors and low-pile carpets. It's also extremely quiet, and we could watch television while it was cleaning without feeling like it was blasting us with the sound.

Our test participants were extremely pleased with how easy the machine was to operate and set up. They also loved its ability to remove all the messes from their flooring. It was effective in getting rid of pet hair, messes and carpeting, but it had a harder time getting rid of stains that were stubborn. The V3S Pro did not make it onto our top choice lists of trusted sources who conduct hands-on tests, however it was praised by Modern Castle, Smart Robot Reviews and The Ambient. The V3S Pro was easy to use and set up, however the battery life was not long.
